Legal Basis

Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: Legitimate interest in website operation (technically necessary data transmission).

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR: Contract fulfillment for CMS users.

Website Visitors

No Tracking: No personal data is collected, stored, or processed. The website operates without cookies, tracking, or analytics.

Technical Necessity: Only technically necessary data transmission to Firebase servers occurs for content delivery.

Local Storage: UI preferences (e.g., fullscreen mode) remain on your device and are not transmitted.

CMS Users

For users with CMS access, the following data is processed for contract fulfillment:

  • Email address (for authentication)
  • Project data, client information, media uploads

Retention: Data is stored for the duration of the business relationship. Project data may be retained for 6–10 years per German tax law (§ 147 AO).

Deletion: CMS user data can be deleted upon request at any time.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Note: For pure website visitors, no personal data is stored, so these rights are not applicable. CMS users may exercise these rights at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
